The excursion of Machu Picchu by Car 2 days 1 night is an alternate route, also known as the “Amazon Route” that will lead you to the village of Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu to know one of the 7 Wonders of the World, achieving closer contact with nature, view of a panorama full of landscapes and snowy mountains such as Chicón, Salkantay and Veronica that are examples of our Peruvian Andean mountains with asphalted and rustic roads, with natural people of the area.
Enjoy the fantastic experience of taking a walk surrounded by flora and fauna, as well as the Gardens of Mandor.
Cusco – Hydroelectric – Aguas Hot Springs
- 07:00 to 07:30 a.m. We start with the pick up of their respective lodging in the center of Cusco.
- We made the tour along the Sacred Valley of the Incas, as well as different types of climates until we reach the tropical zone, during the tour.
- 13:30 p.m. Arrival at Santa Teresa, where lunch will be served.
- We continue the journey to Hidroeléctrica with a travel time of 45 minutes in tourist mobility. Then we start with our 3-hour walk along the Amazon trail, until we reach Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Pueblo.
- In addition to the hike you also have the option of taking the local train to Aguas Calientes.
- In the Pueblo de Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu, our corresponding guide will take you to their respective lodgings, that same night we will have dinner, and we will receive instructions from the guide about the visit of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
Guided Tour in Machu Picchu – Return to Cusco
- 05:00 a.m. Start the walk for 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
- Once, we enter the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, we will have 02 hours of guided tour, then we will have free time to explore the Historic Sanctuary on our own.
- 11:30 p.m. Return by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes.
- 14:30 p.m. Arrival at Hydroelectric (you can choose the walk or local train from 12:30 pm) Our mobility will be waiting to return to the city of Cusco.
- It ends in Plaza San Francisco – Cusco City.
