Inca Road Full Day

On Day 1, the journey begins with a 3:00 a.m. pickup for the trip to Ollantaytambo. From there, the hike commences at 7:30 a.m. from KM 104 to Chachabamba and onward to Wiñayhuayna. After lunch at 12:30 p.m., the afternoon includes a hike to Inti Punku, culminating in the arrival at Machu Picchu. A guided tour of the site begins at 2:00 p.m. Following the tour, the return journey involves a bus ride back to Aguas Calientes, followed by a train journey to Ollantaytambo, and finally, a return trip to Cusco, concluding at San Francisco Square.

Day 1: Cusco – KM 104 – Machu Picchu – Cusco
03:00 a.m. Our mobility passes with the pick up of your different lodgings. To head to the city of Ollantaytambo where you will board the train heading to kilometer 104, where the guide will give you an individual Box Lunch in a biodegradable bag, as well as a short explanation of the Inca Trail.
07:30 a.m. We started our walk to the archaeological site of Chachabamba, religious site of water worship and also served as a place of refuge to Machu Picchu.
After visiting this archaeological park, the walk will take 3 hours to the next archaeological site of Wiñayhuayna, which is a group of dwellings grouped together, in a single courtyard, believed to have been the precinct of the Inca priests.
12:30 p.m. After the 3-hour hike you will have lunch. Then we will continue the walk for 45 minutes until we reach Inti Punku or door of the sun, where we can appreciate in all its magnitude the citadel of Machu Picchu.
The last leg of our Inca Trail excursion will last 01 hour until you reach the Machu Picchu Archaeological Park.
14:00 p.m. Arrival in Machu Picchu and we will have the guided tour of the main points such as, Temple of the Condor, the main square, urban area, the circular tower, the sundial, the Inca cemetery, etc. On return we will board the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have time to relax and then board the train back to the city of Ollantaytambo where we will be waiting for our private mobility for the return to Cusco.
